🎯 Physical Techniques

  • 10× Middle punches in Parallel Stance (Narani Sogi Ap Jirugi)
  • 10× Front rising kicks from Walking Stance (Ap Cha Olligi)
  • 10× Push-ups (students over 16 use forefist knuckles)
  • Forward stepping middle punches in Walking Stance
  • Backward stepping inner forearm middle blocks in Walking Stance
  • Forward and backward inner forearm middle block followed by middle reverse punch
  • Saju Jirugi – Four-direction punch
  • Saju Makgi – Four-direction block
