Belt Meaning

White: Signifies innocence — the student has no previous knowledge of Taekwon‑Do.

🧍 Physical Requirements

These are the physical techniques you will be asked to demonstrate during your 10th Kup grading. Focus on good posture, balance, and basic control — smooth but sharp.

  • 10 × Front rising kicks in Walking Stance (Ap Cha Olligi)
  • Walking stance (Gunnun Sogi) with:
    • Middle block
